Game Day, Concert & Event ShuttlesAcross the Phoenix Metro
Tailgate together, skip the parking lot and ride home without surge pricing. We quote group buses for games, concerts, tournaments and the Valley's biggest annual events.
- NFL, NBA, MLB & ASU games
- Spring training ballparks
- WM Phoenix Open & Barrett-Jackson
- Concerts & festivals
Why Groups Take a Bus to Big Events
Event parking in the Valley is expensive and slow to leave, and rideshare prices spike the moment a game ends. A group bus drops everyone near the entrance and meets you at an agreed spot afterward, with no carpool math or lost friends.
Ashmaig Auto Rentals plans event transportation around kickoff, first pitch and set times, including the extra buffer big events need.

Tips for Event Day
Big events have designated drop-off and pickup areas, and they change from event to event. Plan extra time on the way in, and pick a meeting point for the ride home before you head inside.
- Arrive earlier than you think for gates, security and traffic
- Share one meet-up spot and time for the return
- For the WM Phoenix Open and Barrett-Jackson, book as early as possible
- Smaller group? A chauffeured SUV from our black car service seats up to six

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a bus take our group to a Cardinals game at State Farm Stadium?
Yes. We quote round trips to State Farm Stadium from anywhere in the Valley, timed around kickoff and a post-game meet-up spot.
Do you provide transportation for the WM Phoenix Open?
Yes, we quote group transportation for Phoenix Open week, February 8–14, 2027 at TPC Scottsdale. It's one of the busiest weeks of the year, so request a quote early.
Can we visit more than one spring training ballpark?
Yes. Multi-stop and multi-day spring training trips are common. Enter your dates and we'll plan the route around the schedule.
Can we bring drinks on the bus?
Ask us when you request your quote and we'll confirm the onboard beverage policy for your trip. We never sell or serve alcohol, and trips with guests under 21 (prom, homecoming, quinceañeras, school and youth groups) are alcohol-free.
Is a driver included with the bus rental?
Yes. Every bus rental comes with a professional driver who handles the route, traffic and parking, so nobody in your group has to drive or stay sober to get everyone home.
How far in advance should we book a bus?
As early as you can. Weekends from February through May and major event weeks fill first, and wedding transportation is best reserved several months out. We'll still check availability for last-minute trips.
