Party Bus Rental — Phoenix & Scottsdale

Party Bus Rentalsin Phoenix & Scottsdale

    • Old Town Scottsdale nights
    • Bachelorette & birthday parties

    The Party Starts at Pickup

With rideshares, your group splits into four cars, loses a friend at the second stop and waits in surge pricing at 1 a.m. A party bus keeps everyone together, so the ride to Old Town is part of the night, not a gap in it.

Ashmaig Auto Rentals matches your group with a party bus sized to your headcount and a driver who knows the Valley's nightlife districts, drop-off points and late-night traffic.

    • Pickups at your home, Airbnb, hotel or resort
    • Multiple stops: dinner, bars, a club and a late-night bite
    • Your music, your plan, your timeline

Tips for Planning a Party Bus Night

A little planning keeps the night on schedule and your quote accurate. The more we know up front, the better we can time the stops.

    • Set a firm first pickup time and share every pickup address
    • List your stops in order, with reservations or entry times if you have them
    • Plan the last pickup location and time before the night starts
    • Confirm your headcount a few days out. It decides the bus size.
    • Ask about the onboard beverage policy when you request your quote

    Party Bus or Black Car?

For groups of more than six, a party bus is the way to go. For a couple or a small group headed to a nice dinner, a club table or the airport, our black car service is a chauffeured luxury SUV for up to six passengers. For a larger group traveling to an event rather than partying on board, see charter bus rental.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a party bus in Phoenix or Scottsdale?

Party bus pricing depends on the size of bus, the day of the week, how many hours you need and how far you're traveling. Friday and Saturday nights in spring book up and price highest. Send your party size and date for a custom quote.

Can we bring drinks on the bus?

Ask us when you request your quote and we'll confirm the onboard beverage policy for your trip. We never sell or serve alcohol, and trips with guests under 21 (prom, homecoming, quinceañeras, school and youth groups) are alcohol-free.

Is a driver included with the bus rental?

Yes. Every bus rental comes with a professional driver who handles the route, traffic and parking, so nobody in your group has to drive or stay sober to get everyone home.

Can we make more than one stop?

Yes. Multiple pickups, a dinner stop before the show, or a loop between hotels and a venue are all common. Tell us the plan and we'll build the timing into your quote.

Can you pick us up from an Airbnb or resort in Scottsdale?

Yes. We pick up at homes, vacation rentals, hotels and resorts across the Valley. Some resorts have specific pickup areas for larger vehicles, so we'll confirm the exact spot with you.

How far in advance should we book a bus?

As early as you can. Weekends from February through May and major event weeks fill first, and wedding transportation is best reserved several months out. We'll still check availability for last-minute trips.

What do you need from me to get a quote?

Just your expected party size, your date(s), and your name, email and phone number. We'll follow up to confirm pickup addresses, destinations and timing, then send your price.
